This kitchen is really hot stuff! Theresia Bacher, the chef of Schwaigerlehen-Berngarten, creates stunning meals in her rustic open kitchen, using locally sourced ingredients.
The Rauchkuchl dining experience is available by prior notice for groups of 20 or more. Guests gather around the tables either in the Rauchkuchl itself, where they can watch the chef conjure the meal, or at the banquet table in the Bauernstube, or under the picturesque vaults of the Jägerstüberl.

The choice of dishes varies according to season. We take great care to use only the freshest, highest quality local ingredients. Only meat from animals raised locally is used, and our butter is freshly churned. The herbs that add zest to your meal are grown in our own garden.
